A healthcare data analysis of patient fall incidents for a hospital, delivered in a little over a week.
What I can say about it
The brief was private and the deliverable belongs to the client, so this entry stays at the level of what the work was rather than what the data showed. It sat in the same family as the rest of my analysis work: take a real operational dataset, clean it, find the pattern that answers the question actually being asked, and present it to people who are not analysts.
Why it is here
Healthcare data raises the cost of being sloppy. An analysis that misreads an incident pattern is not a wrong chart, it is a wrong operational decision in a hospital. Working carefully inside a short window, with a dataset I could not publish or reuse, is a normal constraint in this kind of engagement and worth showing.
